All diaper purchases are warranted for 30 days against any crafting defects. For your peace-of-mind, this may include visual defects that do not affect the functionality of the diaper if defect is deemed intolerable. In addition, we offer a 1 year warranty against snap and elastic defects on our diapers, covers and trainers. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping and guaranteed against cosmetic defects. Any defects in snaps, touch tape, elastic or stitching will be repaired or replaced within warranty period. Any wear/washing defects within warranty period will be reviewed on a case by case basis. When returning products please include the original receipt and a complete description of the defect. Return shipping is at the customers expense. All claims must be made within 10 days of date of receipt.
Warranty does not include normal wear and tear due to washing that is not directly related to defect in workmanship.
Warranty is void if the following applies:
-The washing instructions have not been followed.
-The diaper has been altered from its original form.
-Any of the following has been used:
Diaper Cream
Fabric Softeners
Detergent containing enzymes, additives, brighteners,
perfumes, dyes is used.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Be sure you pick the correct size and style--it is strongly suggested that you first try a specific style diaper or purchase a variety pack to help you make an informed decision about which SmallSprout™ diaper is right for your family.
It is important you read all store policies; due to the nature of this business, monetary refunds are not issued.
Please contact us before you ship back any items. Refunds less of shipping will be made in the form of in store credit. It usually takes 4 weeks to process returns. We don't process exchanges directly. Please submit a new order and redeem the in-store-credit code you will receive.
