All shipments are sent through PayPal. If paying with PayPal, your PayPal and billing address must match, and only then can your shipping address vary. Otherwise, your package will be shipped using your PayPal address if no communication has been received in reference to non-matching addresses.

All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Live USPS prices are listed when you check out so you are never overcharged for shipping, unlike many other stores who charge a flat rate or handling fees and pocket the rest. Our system will typically default to the cheapest shipping; you have the ability to select another shipping service at your own preference.

Delivery confirmation is included for all USPS first class, priority mail and express mail for both domestic and international shipments. Insurance is only included for priority and express international shipping.

Average orders can take between 3 days and 3 weeks for deliver of your custom diaper order depending on type and size of order. There are no manufacturing machines at this house, only one pregnant mom, a sewing machine, and two kids and a husband who need her too!
